529.09 RESTRICTIONS ON SALES GENERALLY.
   (a)   No person within the limits of the Municipality, being the holder of a permit issued by the Department of Liquor Control, in force at the time, either directly or indirectly, by himself or by his clerk, agent or employee, or, being the agent or employee of such permit holder shall:
      (1)   Permit any person to handle intoxicating liquor unless he has attained the age of twenty-one years, except that a person eighteen years of age or older employed by a permit holder may handle intoxicating liquor in sealed containers in connection with wholesale or retail sales, manufacturing, storage, warehousing, placement or delivery, and in open containers in connection with cleaning tables or handling empty bottles or glasses; or
      (2)   Give away any beer or liquor of any kind or description at any time in connection with his business.
   (b)   Whoever violates subsection (a)(1) hereof is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (c)   Whoever violates subsection (a)(2) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
