3-1-21: RECORDKEEPING:
The local liquor control commissioner shall keep, or cause to be kept, a complete record of all licenses issued and all applications for licenses, whether or not issued. The records shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk. (2006 Code § 3-2-11)
