A. The licensed premises shall at all times be kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition and shall comply with all building, maintenance and safety ordinances of the city.
B. The premises shall be conducted by the licensee in a quiet, decent, and respectable manner.
C. Entry shall be granted for admittance to the premises at any time upon the verbal request of the local liquor control commissioner or any police officer of the city for the purpose of determining whether or not the Illinois liquor control act or the provisions of this chapter are being violated. Refusal of such admittance shall be unlawful. (2006 Code § 3-2-18)
