A license issued hereunder shall permit the sale of liquor only in the premises described in the application and license. The location may be changed only upon written authorization to make such change issued by the local liquor control commissioner. No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location complies with the provisions of this chapter. Application for change of location shall be made on a form approved by the local liquor control commissioner and furnished by the city clerk. (2006 Code § 3-2-13)
