A. In any case set before the court on a show cause hearing, the municipal court judge shall assess a fee as determined from time to time by the board of trustees, in addition to all other fines, costs, and surcharges.
B. In all cases, except where the defendant is adjudged to be not guilty by the court, an administrative surcharge as determined from time to time by the board of trustees shall be imposed.
C. In all cases, except where the defendant is adjudged to be not guilty by the court, court costs as determined from time to time by the board of trustees shall be imposed. (Ord. 471, 9-7-2004; amd. 2016 Code)
