1-12-4: ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS:
The board of trustees shall annually appropriate an amount sufficient to pay the salary of the town attorney's office and the office of the municipal judge, providing the clerical help, office help, office expenses, and expenses of supplies necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (1997 Code § 2.44.030)
