In any zoning district, such antenna shall be located only in the rear yard of any lot. If a usable satellite signal cannot be obtained from such rear yard, and that fact is sufficiently shown to the satisfaction of the building official, the antenna may be placed on the roof of a building; provided, that the construction and erection is in compliance with all city building and electrical requirements.
