No antenna shall be erected or placed in any way without a building permit. Application for such permit shall be accompanied by a drawing to scale, showing the name of the applicant, the actual dimensions of the lot, the size, shape and location of the proposed antenna, and such other information as may be necessary or requested by the building official. A record of each application and drawing shall be kept in the office of the city clerk. (2006 Code § 10-6-2)
