10-11-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating, disobeying, neglecting or refusing to comply with, or resisting enforcement of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 2009-11, 10-5-2009)
