10-11-1: DEFINITIONS:
BARRIER: A fence, wall, building wall, pool wall, or combination thereof, which completely surrounds the swimming pool and obstructs access to the swimming pool.
SWIMMING POOL: Any structure manufactured and/or intended for use as a swimming pool or recreational bathing that is over twenty four inches (24") in depth. This definition is intended to expressly include inground, aboveground and onground swimming pools. (Ord. 2009-11, 10-5-2009)
