10-6-1: B-1 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT:
In the B-1 central business district, premises shall be used only for the purposes provided in this section.
   A.   Permissive Uses: The following are permissive uses in the B-1 district:
Buildings erected by any unit of government or department of such unit of government.
Business and professional offices.
Florist shops.
Medical, dental, and other healthcare professional office or clinic.
Off street parking lots.
Personal service shops, including barbershops and beauty parlors.
Pool halls.
Restaurants.
Sale of goods and products primarily at retail.
Taverns and package liquor stores.
   B.   Conditional Uses: The following are conditional uses in the B-1 district and may be permitted if approved pursuant to the procedures and under the conditions set forth in chapter 2, article A of this title:
Animal hospitals and animal clinics having no open kennels.
Boarding houses and lodging houses.
Churches.
Dwelling units.
Filling or service stations.
New and used automobile, truck, trailer, boat, recreational vehicle, and mobile home sales, equipped with a sales office.
Public garages and automobile repair shops.
Storage facilities.
Theaters.
Wholesale merchandising. (2006 Code § 10-4-5)
