9-9-5: FILING FEES:
For the processing of plats as provided herein, the filing fees shall be as follows:
   A.   Preliminary plat: One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per plat.
   B.   Final Plat: One hundred dollars ($100.00) per plat, plus fifteen dollars ($15.00) per lot. (2006 Code § 11-1-6)
