It is unlawful to offer any goods, services or things for sale within parks, parkways or recreational facilities, or on the streets and sidewalks within three hundred feet (300') of the boundary of the same without first having obtained a license or permit to do so in the manner and pursuant to the terms and conditions fixed by the town board.
