8-8-6: ERECTION OF TENTS AND BUILDINGS:
It is unlawful to build or place any tent, building, booth, stand or other structure in or upon any of the parks, parkways or other recreational facilities without first having obtained a permit to do so from the town administrator. (1997 Code § 12.32.050)
