A. Hours: The city park, the library grounds, and the swimming pool park will be open daily from five o'clock (5:00) A.M. until nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. All other municipal parks shall be open daily to the public from five o'clock (5:00) A.M. until eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M.
B. Extend Time Limits By Permit: No person not an employee of the parks shall remain in any of them at any other time; provided, however, that the town administrator may, by permit first having been obtained, extend or limit the times herein specified. (1997 Code § 12.32.030)
