8-7-17: ABANDONED PLOTS REVERT TO TOWN:
Any cemetery plot for which perpetual care has not been paid shall be deemed to have been abandoned, and title to any unused portion of said lot shall revert to the town, which shall have the right to make resale of such lot, plot or unused portion thereof. (1997 Code § 12.28.180)
