8-4-1: AUTHORITY AND SUPERVISION:
All work on any excavation, cut, trench or opening in or under any street, curb, gutter, curb walk, alley or other public place shall be done only on authority of a permit issued by the town administrator and such work shall be supervised by the town administrator. (1997 Code § 12.16.010)
