7-4-3: CHARGES AND REGULATIONS:
Charges for the purchase of lots, perpetual care, digging of graves, and other chargeable items in the use of the city cemeteries, and regulations governing the use of the city cemeteries, shall be established by the city council and shall be subject to change. (2006 Code § 8-2-3)
