7-3-2: PROHIBITED ACTS:
   A.   Camping: No person shall camp, erect tents or sleep in any city park.
   B.   Vandalism: It shall be unlawful for any person to damage, deface, mutilate, or disturb in any manner any structure, fixture, equipment, or planted area in any city park. For the purpose of this subsection, a planted area includes grass and other ground cover, trees, shrubs, or flowers.
   C.   Alcoholic Beverages: No beer, wine or other alcoholic liquor is allowed in any city park. (2006 Code § 8-3-1)
