A. Prohibited Generally: No person shall leave, place, throw, deposit, or allow to be placed or deposited any glass, dirt, rubbish, garbage, paper, wood, plastic, or other waste material or refuse or snow upon any public street, alley, or sidewalk. (2006 Code § 8-1-21; amd. 2016 Code)
B. Landscape Waste: No person shall allow grass cuttings, leaves, or other landscape waste to be placed onto any street by reason of mowing, raking, or otherwise. For the purposes of this subsection, the word person includes the owner of the property from which the landscape waste originates, the person legally entitled to occupy the premises, or any person who caused the landscape waste to be placed into the street if that person is eighteen (18) years of age or older.
