6-6-10: PEDESTRIANS UNDER THE INFLUENCE PROHIBITED:
A pedestrian who is under the influence of alcohol or any drug to a degree which renders the pedestrian a hazard shall not walk or be upon a highway except on a sidewalk. (2006 Code § 9-6-12)
