3-4-3-4: COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS:
   A.   Each licensee shall comply with the provisions of the Illinois mobile home park act 1 and the regulations promulgated thereunder as now exist and are hereafter amended.
   B.   Each licensee shall comply with the provisions of the Illinois mobile home tiedown act 2 and the regulations promulgated thereunder as now exist and are hereafter amended. (2006 Code § 3-3-13)
