A. Water And Sewer Facilities: Each mobile home park shall comply with the ordinances governing the public water supply and the wastewater systems of the city. (2006 Code § 3-3-10)
B. Garbage And Refuse Collection: The mobile home park shall provide for the collection and removal of garbage and other household waste, and shall maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition. (2006 Code § 3-3-11)
C. Lighting: The mobile home park shall be kept adequately lighted at all times so that the grounds shall be safe for occupants and visitors. (2006 Code § 3-3-12)
