Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or during which a violation continues. The imposition of any penalty by fine as provided by this section does not prevent the revocation of any license for any offense which is also cause for the penalty. (Ord. 2018-3, 5-21-2018)
