§ 152.23 EASEMENTS.
   (A)   Utilities. Easements at least 12 feet wide centered on the rear and side lot lines shall be provided for utilities where necessary. They shall have continuity of alignment from lot to lot and block to block.
   (B)   Drainage. Easements shall be provided along each side of any watercourse to establish a storm sewer, drainage or floodway right-of-way. Its boundaries shall conform substantially with the centerline alignment of the watercourse.
