§ 70.09 MOTORIZED VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON SIDEWALKS.
   It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate a motorized vehicle, except a wheelchair powered by electricity and occupied by a disabled person, on any public sidewalk or public property designated for use as a pedestrian walkway or bicycle trail, except when crossing the same for ingress and egress through a curb cut to property lying on the other side thereof.
