§ 53.42 NOTICE OF CHARGES.
   A copy of this chapter properly certified by the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer shall be filed in the office of the County Recorder of this county and shall be deemed notice to all owners of real estate of the charges of the sewerage system of the city on their properties.
