§ 32.03 LEGAL DEPARTMENT.
   A Legal Department is hereby established. The Council shall appoint a City Attorney, who shall be head of the Legal Department, together with any assistants as may be necessary, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Council. The City Attorney shall perform the duties required of him or her by law or referred to him or her by the Council. It shall be the official duty of the City Attorney to act as revisor of ordinances.
