§ 11.01 CITY SEAL.
   All contracts to which the city is a party shall be sealed with the city seal. The seal shall be kept in the custody of the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer and affixed by him or her. The official city seal shall be a circular disc having engraved thereupon “City of Aurora” and any other words, figures or emblems as the Council may, by resolution, designate.
