Prior to issuance of a short-term rental license, the applicant shall ensure that the following criteria are met:
(A) The proposed short-term rental is located in a Residential Zoning District.
(B) The proposed short-term rental complies with all of the performance standards and all applicable state and county regulations. Applicant must provide proof of registration with the Minnesota Department of Health.
