Applications for renewal of an existing short-term rental license must be made at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the current short-term rental license. All such applications shall be made to the city on forms provided by the city. If the license holder does not offer the property for short-term rentals at least twice in a calendar year, then they are not eligible for renewal.
