Every rental unit must be maintained in compliance with the building code, dwelling maintenance standards, nuisance ordinance, and noise ordinance of the City of Aurora, St. Louis County, and State of Minnesota respectively as now in force and hereafter amended, revised, or replaced, and in compliance with all other standards, ordinances, laws and regulations governing use, occupancy, construction and maintenance of property and conduct of persons in or on that property.
