§ 153.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Every person violates a section, division, paragraph or provision of this chapter when he or she performs an act thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, or fails to act when the failure is thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as for a misdemeanor except as otherwise stated in specific provisions hereof.

   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to conduct a garage or rummage sale in violation of any of the provisions of § 153.077. A violation of § 153.077 is a misdemeanor, to be punished as provided in division (A) above.
   (C)   Any person who violates, neglects, refuses to comply with or assists or participates in any way in the violation of any of the provisions or requirements of §§ 153.110 through 153.117 is guilty of a misdemeanor and for each violation is subject to the maximum penalty prescribed by state law for a misdemeanor. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
