5.32.010   Compliance required.
   A.   No individual shall peddle or solicit without first having complied with the provisions of this chapter.
   B.   Compliance with the provisions of this chapter may be waived at the discretion of the collector. The collector may revoke such waiver at any time and require compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 9517 § 1 (part), 1995: prior code § 6300)
