Sec. 4-3.530. Kimber Drive.
   The prima facie speed limit on the following portions of Kimber Drive is hereby declared to be as follows:
   (a)   From Wendy Drive to Reino Road forty (40) miles per hour.
   (b)   From Reino Road to its westerly terminus, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
