(A) Pursuant to the provisions of A.C.A. §§ 13-5-501 et seq., there is hereby established a County Museum, to be under the direction of the County Museum Commission, as provided in the statutes.
(B) The County Museum shall be under the direct management and control of the County Museum Commission, which shall consist of seven members to be appointed by the County Judge, subject to confirmation and approval of the Quorum Court. The Museum Commission shall be subject to requirements and with authority provided by A.C.A. §§ 13-5-501 et seq.
