The permit and bond administrative rule and regulation formulated by the County Judge's Office and filed with the County Clerk contemporaneously with the filing of this subchapter. The rules and regulations are hereby made a part of this subchapter by reference, as fully as if herein set out word for word and is hereby established as the county's permit and bond procedure for heavy haul operations over county roads.
