The city council shall have the authority for the following actions described in this title, subject to the processes, standards, and factors identified hereto:
A. Initiating amendments to the text of this title.
B. Final approval of amendments to the text of this title.
C. Final decision authority for subdivision amendments involving closure, vacation (in whole or in part), alteration, amendment, or dedication of public right of way or public easements. (Ord. 73-23, 2023)
