5.02.020: LICENSE SUPERVISOR; AUTHORITY:
The license supervisor shall have charge of the license department, shall assess and collect all license taxes based upon the rates established by ordinance, shall enforce all the provisions of this title, and shall cause to be filed complaints against all persons violating any of the provisions of this title.
