§ 110.05 REVOCATION PROCEDURE.
   (A)   (1)   Any license or permit granted under this chapter may be revoked by the Village Clerk after notice and hearing, pursuant to the standards in § 110.06. Notice and hearing for revocation shall be given in writing, setting forth specifically the grounds of the complaint, and the time and place of the hearing.
      (2)   Such notice shall be mailed to the licensee at his or her last known address, at least ten days prior to the date set for the hearing.
   (B)   Any person licensed under this chapter shall comply in every other respect with the ordinances of the village and the statutes of the state with respect to the conduct of such person’s business, and the use, operation, parking, and standing of his or her vehicles, if any.
