§ 92.02 OFFENSIVE SUBSTANCES ON PREMISES.
   No person, or persons, shall suffer or permit any stagnant or filthy water, dead animals, putrid meats, decayed fruits or vegetables, or any foul or offensive drain, sink, privy, slops, garbage, manure, or any other offensive thing that may be detrimental to the health of any person, to remain on his, her, or their premises; nor shall they deposit the same in any street, alley, open lot, or stream within the village limits. All such offensive articles shall be buried at least 100 feet distant from any well, spring, or other source of water used for drinking or culinary purposes.
