§ 92.01 CESSPOOL; DRY WELL; DRAIN FIELD.
   No cesspool, dry well, drain field, or reservoir into which a privy, water closet, or sink is drained shall be established or permitted within distance of any well, spring, or other source of water used for drinking or culinary purposes so as to contaminate the source of water supply. The cesspools, dry wells, drain fields, or reservoirs shall be cleaned out at least once a year. No property owner shall suffer or permit water to be drawn from any well, or any other source of water supply on premises owned by him or her, which is not perfectly clean and wholesome. All cesspools, dry wells, and drain fields shall be constructed according to minimum standards established by the State Department of Health.
