The following uses shall be prohibited in the Light Industrial District:
(A) Residential buildings and structures, schools, hospitals, clinics, or other institutions for human care or habitation, except where incidental to a permitted principal use; and
(B) All uses determined by the Planning Commission to be noxious, odorous, unsafe, hazardous, and offensive to the public health, safety, and welfare.
