§ 154.144 HEIGHT, AREA, AND DIMENSION REGULATIONS.

   (A)   Density: 15 units/acre;

   (B)   Minimum lot size: 15,000 square feet;

   (C)   Setbacks:

Rear	40 feet
Side	25 feet
*When the actual front setback of buildings on adjacent lots is different than the required setback, the setback must comply with the average of the existing buildings.

 

   (D)   Minimum lot width: 300 feet;

   (E)   Maximum structure height: 40 feet;

   (F)   Minimum floor area:

 

Type	Size
Four or more bedrooms	1,000 square feet, plus an additional 100 square feet for every bedroom more than four
One bedroom	600 square feet
Studio	480 square feet
Three bedrooms	900 square feet
Two bedrooms	750 square feet

 

   (G)   All setbacks shall be measured from the road right-of-way.
