§ 152.33 BOARD OF APPEALS; ENFORCEMENT.
   In order that the provisions of this chapter may be reasonably applied and substantial justice done in instances where practical difficulties are apparent or unnecessary hardship would result in carrying out the strict letter of this chapter, a Board of Appeals shall be appointed by the Village Council, whose duty it shall be to consider appeals from the decision of the official charged with the enforcement of this chapter.
