§ 152.28 NECESSARY MAINTENANCE.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to include ordinary normal repairs, the cost of which shall not exceed $200.
   (B)   Painting, re-roofing, and tuckpointing shall be considered necessary maintenance of a building and shall not require a permit under this chapter.
