§ 152.04 PERMITS FOR BUILDINGS MOVED FROM OUTSIDE TO WITHIN VILLAGE LIMITS.
   Before any dwelling, or building to be used as a dwelling, be hereafter permitted to be removed from outside the village to a location within the village, an application for a building permit shall be filed with the Village Clerk. The application shall contain plans and specifications of the proposed building, which the plans and specifications shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and all other ordinances pertaining to construction and the Zoning Ordinance in the village and the laws of the state; otherwise, the permit for the removing of the dwelling into the village shall be denied.
