§ 112.05 CONDITIONS OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Each license shall be subject to the following conditions:
      (1)   The license shall be valid for no longer than two consecutive days;
      (2)   The sale shall be conducted only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.;
      (3)   No sale shall be conducted on any Sunday or holiday;
      (4)   No more than two sales shall be permitted on any parcel of land located within the village during any 12-month period; provided further, that the sales shall be a minimum if 21 days apart;
      (5)   A person shall be entitled to receive only one license during any 12-month period;
      (6)   No public street or right-of-way shall be used for the conduct or advertisement of the sale; and
      (7)   Any sign advertising the sale shall not be in excess of six square feet and shall not be illuminated in any manner whatsoever, except incidentally by street lights or house lights.
   (B)   Any violation of the conditions listed under this section shall be a violation of this chapter.
