A. For purposes of alcoholic beverage control within the corporate limits of Riverdale City, the City incorporates herein the provisions of Utah Code 32B-1-101 et seq., the Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (hereinafter "Act").
B. All provisions of this local chapter not precluded by the Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Act regulating the sale, storage, service, or consumption of alcoholic beverages shall supersede said Act, provided said local regulations do not conflict with the provisions of said Act.
