7.25.220   Violations.
   A.   A person who fails to obtain a waste collector operating license or a waste vehicle license as required by this chapter prior to engaging in any waste collecting is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. A person who violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a petty offense.
   B.   Each day of a violation of this chapter constitutes a separate offense.
